Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Atlantic-Garden City United Church (725 Atlantic Avenue, Winnipeg, MB).

Verla will be missed. She was a part of AGCUC family and her friendship was a blessing to many of us. I cannot think of a time when Verla’s smile and cheer was not in the room. To Verla’s family, your mom was a lovely lady and a special part of the church in her helping and participating.
